Maverick Administrators dates our history back to the 1930's with the founding of Morgan & Franz Insurance. A full service insurance agency and administrator, the company has served Southern California clients for nearly 100 years. In 2022, to reflect a change in ownership and a focus out forward thinking ideas, the company was reborn as Maverick.

Aaron Flewellen
President
Aaron is a veteran of the insurance industry. Starting his insurance career as a college intern with a major insurance carrier, followed by a stint as a broker, and then several stops at various third-party administrators. Aaron acquired Morgan & Franz in 2020. Aaron lives in Orange County, California with his wife and two boys.
Nicole Bovee
Vice President, Operations
Nicole is the office veteran of Maverick Administrators. In her tenure with the company she has served in nearly every capacity - from claims to accounting, sales to service - Nicole is an invaluable member of the Maverick team. Nicole lives in Texas with her spouse and enjoys spending time traveling with friends.
Alicia Smith
Director of Accounting
Alicia received her Bachelors in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Alicia is a native of the Inland Empire in California. Alicia lives in Upland, California with her husband.
